with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Refunds or returns will be accepted only if the product meets the following conditions:

  • ✔ The item must be returned within 5 days of delivery
  • ✔ The item must be unused, unopened, and without any damage
  • ✔ The product must pass our inspection process
  • ✔ Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and free items must be included
  • ✔ Order number or proof of purchase is required

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • ❌ Grocery items once opened or used
  • ❌ Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene-related products
  • ❌ Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear
  • ❌ Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

3. Inspection Process

All returned items are carefully inspected once received. If the product does not meet our
return conditions, the refund or replacement request may be declined.

4. Refund & Replacement Options

Once approved, refunds will be processed using one of the following methods:

  • 💰 Refund to the original payment method (where applicable)
  • 🔁 Replacement with the same product
  • 🛍️ Store credit for future purchases

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged,
defective, or incorrect due to an error from Lanka Deals.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.

7. How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Send the item back as instructed
